Holly Cottage is believed to have been built around the early part of the 19th century and was originally part of a larger house, which also incorporated Church Cottage, next door. The original house was split in the year 2000 to form two separate dwellings, which were then completely reworked and renovated at the same time. Further updates and improvements have been made to the cottage over the years since then.

- Neff four ring electric induction hob with filter hood above
- Neff electric fan oven
- Integrated fridge with small freezer compartment

At the end of the garden is a shed where you will find the garden furniture.......perfect for just sitting out in the sunshine with a mug (or maybe glass) of something and enjoying the garden, its peaceful surroundings and lovely views beyond the garden wall.
The cottage further benefits from having a single, gravelled parking space, which is accessible from the garden, via a gate.
